THORMARINE is an independent company which is fully specialised in the engineering, production and delivery of watertight yacht doors and ship doors watertight hatches and marine windows. Our products are mainly used in yacht constructions, ship and boat building and the on and off shore industry.
We are happy to advise and assist you with our advice, and problem solving thinking with us is paramount.

THORMARINE supplies directly to nearly all parts of the world. Orders for standard products have a guaranteed delivery worldwide of up to 2-6 weeks.

Many shipyards and owners make use of our series 24 yacht door, which is widely used as an entrance door for many types of vessels, including yachts, cabin RIBs, patrol vessels etc.

THORMARINE provides a comprehensive and bespoke package A30, A60 and B 30 certified fire doors and sliding doors in steel or stainless steel.
For yachts the fire rated doors are specially built, please contact our sales department for details.
The fire rated door and sliding door are made to customer specifications combined with our experience, is type approved and bears the EC mark. The fire rated doors are certified by ABS, BV, GL and Lloyd’s and covers SOLAS and IMO .

Our watertight doors are made of steel, aluminum or stainless steel. The central closed locking mechanism is unique and has an operating force of 1:40.
We still built the classic range of marine watertight clip doors and hatches with DIN 83104 clips.

Our engineering and sales department work closely together with your desired project engineers to bring each project to a good end result.
The watertight doors are Lloyd’s type approved and are manufactured in a water column of up to 7 metres.
Special on-shore and offshore hatches and doors can be build to a pressure of 25 metres waterhead.
For chemical tankers we make many kinds of centrally closed watertight tank hatches and tank cleaning hatches

Hand holes and manhole covers are available in steel, aluminum and stainless steel, these are available from stock.

THORMARINE offers a wide range of spare parts and ship parts like DIN clamps, door hinges, adjustable hinges, toggles, gaskets, seals etc.

We are the official importer and distributor in Europe of Baier Hatch Company. These are fully flush hatches in steel or aluminum and are widely used as deck hatch, escape hatch or inspection hatch. These watertight hatches are DNV type approved.

Europoort 2011
This year THORMARINE participated at Europort 2011. It was a succesfull show in which the contacts with our customers and potential customers have intensed. Especially for Baier Marine Hatch USA this participation was a good spin off for increasing and expanding our position on the European market.
